Registration Form
You can either download the Application Form and Terms & Conditions, fill it in and bring it with you. Alternatively, you can complete it on arrival.
We also require dogs to be up to date with their vaccines, including being vaccinated against kennel cough. Dogs who haven’t had their kennel cough vaccine can come for their temperament test without it, but it is a requirement to start attending after this. We request a copy of your vaccination record to keep on file for safety reasons (we can copy it onsite).
How to Join
For any new potential customers we always offer a free temperament test first of all to ensure suitability. You can contact the creche for an informal chat or if you have any questions. You can also contact us to arrange a visit for you and your dog.

Temperament Test
Temperament tests usually last between 15 – 30 minutes. We welcome you into reception and ask about your dog, how they get on with others, if you have any concerns, and what you wish to gain from attending the Creche. We then introduce your dog to some of our dogs in Creche that day to assess their interactions and behaviour, while you watch on our live CCTV. Then if you feel comfortable, we invite you in to come and have a look round our facilities.
We feel it is important that owners see for themselves where their dog will be spending their time. We know how important it is to feel fully satisfied and reassured that your dog is safe and in the best hands. We can also answer any questions you may have and then take it from there once we have ensured that your dog would be happy to attend the Creche.
